Our attorney was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1985. We are in a general practice of law with primary interest in Bankruptcy, Chapter 7, Chapter 13 cases. We also provide services for Chapter 11 cases, but our primary focus is on Chapter 7 bankruptcies.



The firm does mainly debtor work at Section 341 meetings. We may also be available to attended creditor meetings for other filing attorneys who have scheduling conflicts.

While our filings are predominately in the Northern District of Georgia, Gainesville division, we anticipate a limited number of filings in the Middle District of Georgia, Athens Division.
