Our attorney attended The Atlanta Law School. Graduating in 1985, our attorney also passed the Georgia Bar examination and gained admission to the bar that same year.  He entered a general practice of law while participating in all types of bankruptcy preparation in Atlanta, Georgia. While returning to a general practice of law in 1997, primarily focused on Domestic Law, he also filed many bankruptcy cases.  He was recruited by a law firm from Atlanta specializing in bankruptcy filings in 2001. Continuing his general practice of law, bankruptcy filings for that firm became over 90% of his filings, helping people avoid foreclosure and repossessions. For a period of time while employed by that firm, he was simultaneously the only attorney in both the Athens and the Gainesville offices. In the year 2002, he filed over 1000 cases in Athens, Georgia alone. Very few firms filed more cases in the Athens Division of the Middle District and through that endeavor; he encountered most problems that may arise in the bankruptcy process. At the same time that it was an intensive learning period in regard to the law, he also became acutely aware of the need for personal attention to cases.
